I have signed up, how long will it take before I can use my membership?
Normally you will receive your login details within 48 hours. In most cases you will receive them much sooner than this, though in busy times it can take a little longer.
If you have not received your login details within 48 hours, please do check your junk email box as you may find that your email provider has automatically treated the email as junk. |

Member Offers
All Member only offers change on a regular basis and are ONLY available to REGISTERED MEMBERS who purchase them when the offer is current. No Refunds, Additional Products or Free Products for items purchased by Non Members will be given if a MEMBER ONLY offer was not taken advantage of at that time.
Pink Equine cannot be held responsible if you elect to purchase a product before your MEMBERSHIP IS PROCESSED and Subsequently find this is on offer in our Members Area.

Easy Ordering
As your contact information is stored on our secure servers, ordering is very easy, all address and contact information will be automatically completed so it's all very painless.

How often will you be contacted
We don't have a hard and fast rule on how often you will be contacted, it really depends on what the current offers are.
However, we won't be bombarding you with information and any emails you do receive will have information relevant to you. We do understand that that latest Pink Sparkly whip won't be of interest to our Pro Members, but that equally a Memory Foam Girth will hold little interest to our Juniors.
All emails come with an opt out and you can of course do this at any time and still remain as a member. Once you have opted out, we can't re-sign you up again for emails as our software won't allow it, so please do be sure that you don't want to receive further notification of offers before you opt out. |
