Leatherwork
We consider our leatherwork an investment and if looked after properly will remain good as new for many years.
As such all our leatherwork can be cared for as you would a normal bridle, even the coloured parts. Saddle Soap once weekly and an occasional oil and it will look great for years.
Our coloured leather has been coated to ensure that the colour stays exactly where it is meant to, we've sourced our leather to ensure that you will not end up with a pink (or any other coloured) horse and the colour will remain bright for years.
A quick guide to care is:
1. Using a soft damp sponge, clean all mud and dirt off your bridle. 2. Using a clean cloth together with saddle soap or leather cream, wipe over all parts of the bridle. 3. Using another cloth, remove any excess cleaner and buff to a nice finish.
It may be necessary to oil your tack once in a while and also two or three times when it is new, but do avoid over oiling as this can make the bridle far too soft.
